'The inaugural Exbury 10K took place last Sunday and seven Romsey Road Runners ran in the event which was a sell-out. Penny Jennings was fifth lady home in 46:26 and Wendy Couper came third in her age category in a time of 59:13. Gill Callus's London Marathon training received another boost as she finished in a personal best time of 62:00. Steve Edwards also ran a PB in 47:00. Other results: Paul Cross 45:06, Irisha Cross 46:45, Anna Duignan 57:31.

Carol Brunner ran a solid 1 hour 58 minute Silverstone Half Marathon as she prepares for her second London Marathon in as many years.

Emily Abab ran a personal best time of 54:40 in the Chippenham 10K.
