Romsey Road Runners – Club Weekend Trip Spring 2009

Location: St. Ives, Cornwall

Date: Fri 3^rd – Sun 5^th April 2009

Scenic Coastal Trail race – the weekend has been planned around the opportunity to enter a race along the Coastal path from St. Just on the Saturday.

Endurance life (www.endurancelife.co.uk ) organise a series of Coastal Trail runs. This is the 6^th in the series and possibly the toughest!

There are 3 races:

Marathon starts at 9am

½ marathon starts at 10.30 am

10km starts at 12:00 pm

Accommodation: I have provisionally booked a hotel in St. Ives with exclusive use for the running club. There are a couple of places left. There are also campsites and B&Bs close-by.

Transport: Hopefully, if we get enough takers, then we’ll hire a minibus (or two!) for the weekend and make and travel to Cornwall together.
