England Athletics: Coached Session 18/2/18

The second of the coached sessions will focus on aerobic endurance with a VO2 Max session. After a warm-up and specific running drills, Nick (with the help of your session leaders) will lead us on a race-pace session (details tbc, but something like 3-min efforts at 5k-10k pace).
Nick will stay behind in Woodley Hall afterwards for a Q&A on the evening session.
