
Couch to 5K (C25K) is a running plan for anyone who wants to improve their fitness, and as the name suggests aims to get you off the couch and running a distance of 5 kilometres! Even if you have never run in your life, and regardless of your age*, gender or fitness level, C25K is for everyone.
Romsey Road Runners offers a C25K programme which runs for 9 weeks and starts on Tuesday 12th May 2026.

Current Romsey Road Runners members should also complete the form as it lets us know how many people will be attending the sessions, but new members are also welcome to join and submit a club membership application at the same time.

If you choose to take part, there will be a requirement to download the official NHS C25K app (available on both iOS and Android), so you can continue to follow the programme outside of Romsey Road Runners training sessions. Please note, registration for the Romsey Road Runners 2026 C25K programme will close on Thursday 30th April 2026, so be sure to sign up before then. Once you’ve signed up, one of our session leaders will be in touch via email with next steps.
* Romsey Road Runners is an over 18s running club, hence those aged under 18 cannot join the Romsey Road Runners C25K programme. However the NHS C25K app and programme are open to all ages. Please see the NHS website for more details.
