  • Fours session options:
    • Intervals: 900m interval with static recovery
    • Threshold: 5 x 5-min @ threshold with 60-sec jog/walk recovery
    • VO2 Max: 1.5-min @ maximum with 90-sec jog/walk recovery
    • Over/Under: 1-min above threshold followed by 1-min below threshold (x15)
