Straight Mile

Route Details:

  • A Monday evening route during the spring/autumn
  • 30-minute pyramid session with 300m, 650m and 1km efforts
  • Run short effort there and back with 60 second recoveies
  • Run medium effort there and back with 90 second recoveries
  • Run long effort there and back with 2 minute recoveries
  • If time allows, then repeat medium efforts followed by short efforts
